3Kg pack of sterilised rye grain ready for making mushroom spawn. Rye is a member of the wheat family (Triticeae) and is also closely related to barley but all that really matters to us is that it’s an excellent choice for producing grain spawn! Our 3Kg rye grain packs contain optimum moisture levels, have been fully sterilised and are supplied in 3 x 1Kg heat sealed unicorn spawn bags with injection ports added, ready for inoculation.
It’s worth noting that our grain packs do not include spores or liquid culture, which you need to supply yourself.
We sell some types of liquid culture and spore syringes separately.
